NEWPORT BEACH, RI:

Check in for this tournament will take place at the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina on Friday, June 11th. The location is: 40 America's Cup Ave, Newport, RI 02840 (http://thenewport-hotel.com/)

Teams can check in from 6pm-9pm.

Only a team official needs to attend the check in on Friday, the team is not required to attend.

All games will be played on June 12th, 2010. June 13th, 2010 will be a makeup date if needed.

OCEAN CITY, MD:

Check in for the tournament will take place at the Buxy's Salty Dog Saloon on Friday June 25th.

Teams can check in from 6pm-9pm.
Only a team official needs to attend the check in on Friday, the team is not required to attend.

There will also be a participant welcome party at the Buxy's Salty Dog Saloon on Friday June 25th.
Adults and children are invited to attend from 6pm-9pm.
There will be select types of complimentary alcohol from 6pm-8pm or until supplies last.

All games will be played as follows:

• On June 26th all U8-U16's will play all of their games.
• On June 27th all U17-Adult teams will play all of their games

Teams will be required to provide the following forms by the posted registration deadline. If not able to do so please contact us to request an extention with explanation to: beach5sandsoccer@yahoo.com - You will receive a response within 2-3 business days.

Teams need to have their Roster & Medical Forms submitted by the deadline of May 20, 2009. If you have not submitted them you will be required to turn them in at Check In. Please be sure to get your forms in as soon as possible. If you are not able to get them in prior to the event please contact us ASAP.
