- Check in for the tournament will take place at the Buxy's Salty Dog Saloon on Friday June 24th.
- Teams can check in from 6pm-9pm.
- Only a team official needs to attend the check in on Friday, the team is not required to attend.
- There will also be a participant welcome party at the Buxy's Salty Dog Saloon on Friday June 24th.
- Adults and children are invited to attend from 6pm-9pm.
- There will be select types of complimentary alcohol from 6pm-8pm or while supplies last.
- All games will be played on June 25th & June 26th, 2011. All U8-U16 teams will play all games on Saturday June 25th ~ All U17-Adult teams will play all games on Sunday June 26th.
Please download the following forms and fill them out. Save them to your desktop, then attach them in an email to beach5sandsoccer@yahoo.com.
Teams will be required to provide the following at Check-In if you have not already done so:
 
Teams need to have ALL PAPERWORK submitted to Beach 5 Sand Soccer by the deadline of May 20, 2011. If you have not submitted them you will be required to turn them in at Check In. Please be sure to get your forms in as soon as possible. If you are not able to get them in prior to the Beach 5 Sand Soccer event, please contact us ASAP.
